Important information regarding fees:

• Minimum screen printing quantity is 24 pieces. Anything less than 24 pieces can be printed direct-to-garment for a charge of $6 per decoration area plus cost of garment.
• Pricing is per garment, per print location (front, back)
• Chest, neck or sleeve decoration can be added at 50% off the above prices.
• If an underbase is required, that will be an additional color. Dark garment require an underbase.
• There is a screen setup fee of $25 per screen. Each screen is equal to one color. Screen fees may be waived for repeat customers.
• Maximum imprint area up to 15x17
• Garments such as fleece and outerwear require more time and materials and will be charged an additional $1 per garment.
• Artwork must be provided print ready in vector, EPS, Adobe Illustrator, or PDF format. Any artwork not print ready is subject to a $25 artwork fee. If no artwork is provided, a $25/hr. design fee will be charged.
• Regardless of the types of garments used in the run, all print size/locations must be the same for the entire order. Changes in side/location are subject to additional color/screen set up fees.
• If specialty inks (glitter, metallic, etc.) or Pantone color matching are required, an additional cost may be incurred.
• Should the same print be desired in various colors, a $10 wash out fee is required for each color.
• A 50% deposit is required to begin work on customer orders. Balance is due at the time of delivery.
• Our current lead time is 14 days from the date of the 50% deposit but rush printing may be available at an additional cost.
• We are happy to work with you on larger orders of shirts. Ask us for a quote!
• We prefer that customers do not bring in their own garments for printing as it is difficult to guarantee the quality of garments when we do not know if they have been washed, subject to humidity, or even how old they are. Customer supplied garments are subject to a handling fee and customer will need to complete a waiver. We require at least two garments of each type to be able to test time and temperature.
