Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing our small business! Because each item is made to order with unique, personalized elements, our return policy is a little different than for standard items. We strive to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase. However, please review our guidelines below:

1. Non-Returnable Items: Customized and personalized items, including apparel with unique designs, text, or alterations, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect due to an error on our part. This includes school apparel for districts outside of Western Reserve School District, which is non-returnable.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will happily replace or correct the item at no additional cost to you. Be sure to include a clear photo of the issue for quicker resolution.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations: Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Due to the customization process, we cannot make changes after this period.

4. Sizing: Since customized items are not eligible for return due to incorrect sizing, please carefully review our sizing chart and guidelines before placing your order. If you need assistance, our customer service team is available to help.

5. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in cases of errors made by us, such as incorrect or defective products. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
